Ethics Committee

Charges:

• Draft and maintain the Code of Ethics of the Association.
• Formulate suggested amendments to the Board of Directors for their adoption.
• Define rules and levels of censure measures to include:
  o verbal reprimand
  o written reprimand
  o public reprimand
  o put member on ‘Not in Good Standing Status’ for a defined period of time of up to 6 months
• Oversees the process of assuring compliance with the Code of Ethics
• Receives complaints about member companies and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding censure of members.
