Charges:

• Develop an annual operating plan which establishes the philosophy and intent of the committee and its activities for the year.
o Involvement must have the potential of raising the visibility and esteem of the association
o The activity must be measured in terms of a cost benefit ratio
o The community service project should fit into the association’s philosophy as it relates to housing and construction.
• Formulate a budget, if needed, based on fundraising activities of the association that can be utilized to garner funds for discretionary use by the committee.
• Promotes and publicizes the community service activities of the association
