Milton Morse, Executive Officer

Milton has served as an Officer, Director, Committee Chair and/or Member of the Texas Association of Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors, Appraisal Institute, American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and the Society of Real Estate Appraisers.  His background of 30+ years in Real Estate and Construction Fields has given him an acute understanding of what it is like to function on the areas of Home Building and Development in a changing business climate. 

Carlotta Schmittgen, Marketing Director

Carlotta is a Retired Field Service Manager for DFW In-Flight Service with Delta Air Lines.  Her 30+ years Skill Set from Delta includes Customer Service, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement/Analysis, Multi-Tasking, Developing Direct Reports, Managing & Measuring Work, Technical Learning and Motivating Others.
