or interested in the advancement the building industry.

I agree to
abide by the By-Laws, rules and policies of the Hill Country Home
Builders Association (HCHBA), the Texas Association of Builders (TAB)
and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) by submitting the
membership application and remittance of my annual dues in the above
mentioned Association. I agree to be responsible for all authorized
charges incurred until and unless I have submitted a resignation in
writing to the Association, or my membership is otherwise cancelled.
Upon termination of my membership, I agree to immediately return to the
HBA any and all physical property supplied to me in connection with my
membership; to cease using the HBA logo; to cease using the TAB
Contracts, if purchased; and to pay all Association obligations incurred
before termination. I hereby authorize the Association to make queries
of the below references, as well as any other sources, concerning me or
my firm’s fitness for membership.
The HCHBA is a local trade organization which offers
opportunities for its members to display their products and services.
We make no representation express or implied, regarding
member’s’ qualifications or the quality of their products and
services, but invite you to examine them for yourself.
