Helping the victims of the devastating Hill Country floodwaters
The Texas Hill Country has suffered catastrophic flooding over the past 72 hours, leaving thousands of Hill Country citizens with destroyed homes, unsafe water and belongings scattered over miles and miles.
Trailer, boats, sheds, household belongings and equipment are displaced over the 50+ miles of riverfront along the Llano, Colorado, Pedernales and Sandy Creek river basins.
Local authorities are still assessing the damage throughout the next few days as the threat of more heavy rainfall continues.
The HCBA is in constant communication with emergency management personnel and city entities. While we are all working hard at getting our lands, homes, property and business up and running, some victims have been devastated and are in more need of help.
